Chalet Edelweissspitze is a spacious and modernly furnished chalet for 8 people. The extensive use of wood gives it a stylish, authentic Alpine look. From every floor, you can enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The chalet is centrally located in the park, making it easy to walk to the reception. The large living area features a comfortable seating corner with a wood-burning fireplace, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal. Afterwards, you can enjoy dining together in the cozy dining area or outside on the balcony. On the middle floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. All bedrooms have access to a spacious, sunny terrace, perfect for stepping outside in the morning to take in the view and breathe the fresh mountain air. The fourth, spacious bedroom is on the ground floor and serves as the master bedroom. It also has a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. For extra relaxation, you can unwind in the Finnish sauna with a large window offering views of the mountain peaks, or relax on the spacious terrace with comfortable loungers. Chalet Edelweissspitze truly has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
In winter, the chalet is an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts. The valley run of the Wildkogel Arena ski area passes right by the park. Take the drag lift up and ski back to the chalet, or hop on the ski bus to the gondola in the village. The Wildkogel Arena is a family-friendly ski area with about 70 km of slopes. For more challenging terrain, the Kitzbüheler Alps and the Zillertal Arena are nearby. Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can also go tobogganing on Europe’s longest illuminated run or enjoy a scenic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow. After an active day, relax by the crackling fire or in the sauna.
In the summer, you can step out onto the balcony from your bedroom in the morning to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view. The surrounding area has plenty to offer: take a dip in one of the many natural lakes, explore the beautiful landscape by bike, go shopping in Zell am See, or, for thrill-seekers, try the mountain kart track. With the included National Park Summer Card, you can enjoy many activities for free or at a discount. After a day full of adventure, unwind with a refreshing drink on your balcony or relax by the natural swimming pond with sunbathing area and playground.
