You can enjoy numerous types of activities in our surroundings. Hiking, whether with a guide or independently, is truly magnificent in this area. A trip to the impressive Krimml waterfalls is a favourite. Renting an e-bike is now very popular among mountain sports enthusiasts who want to decide for themselves how extreme they would like to go in terms of altitude and distance.

The Großvenediger is the main peak of the Venediger group in the Hohe Tauern National Park on the border with East Tyrol in Salzburg. At 3,666 m, it is the sixth highest mountain in Austria. The origin of the name is still unclear.  It is said to have been created by merchants from Venice, but the view to Venice is from the top is also a possibility.
